Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Switch and Mastercard etc. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for delivery. You may send your credit card information over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping has a set charge of £5. Orders that are over £75 have free shipping*.

If you live outside of mainland UK we will contact you after you have placed your order to let you know of the additional shipping costs on top of the £5 set charge dependant on your location. You may cancel your order if you do not agree on the shipping charge.

* The 'Free Shipping over £75' offer is not included on orders placed/delivered out of mainland UK.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible subject to stock availability. A next day delivery service is available at an extra cost.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You will be asked to provide your card's Security Code for further payment protection.

Guarantee

We guarantee the workmanship and the quality of the materials, if any item does not meet with your expectations, please return it to us within ten days and we will refund or exchange which ever your prefer.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy

If any item ordered does not meet with your satisfaction please return them in perfect condition within ten days of receipt and we will refund you or exchange the goods whichever you prefer.
